Privacy Policy

Updated 2026-05-10

This Privacy Policy describes how Bright Ledger Way handles information. Bright Ledger Way is a static informational website. It does not operate a backend server application that stores visitor records, and it does not sell or share personal information.

Browser storage

The cookie notice on the home page records your choice using your browser's local storage so the notice does not reappear on every visit. This value stays in your browser and is not transmitted to a server. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set by this site.

Contact form

The contact form is a front-end demonstration. When you submit it, the form simulates sending in your browser and clears the fields; it does not deliver your message to a server or email inbox. Because of this, please do not rely on the form for time-sensitive matters. To reach the site directly, use the email address listed on the About page.

Third-party resources

Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts and display images hosted on Wikimedia Commons. When your browser requests these resources, the relevant providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address, as is normal for any externally hosted asset. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.

External links

Articles link to external, authoritative sources for reference. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review the privacy practices of any site you visit.

Changes

If the site's data handling changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised. For questions about this policy, contact editor@brightledgerway.org.
